Shoulder Pain

The shoulder joint is in continuous use daily. Calcifications in the tendons of the muscle corset (rotator cuff), as well as injuries to these tendons (tendinopathy) can trigger intense pain.

If you come to our center with pain in the shoulder area, an ultrasound examination is routinely performed at first to rule out injuries and muscle tears. Acupuncture is an excellent method of pain relief. In the case of acute pain, we use an ultrasonic targeted infiltration on the shoulder nerve or an X-controlled treatment on the shoulder joint with radiofrequency treatment.
